Planetoid Pioneers is brought to you by Data Realms LLC ("Data Realms"). The following Privacy Policy applies to Planetoid Pioneers and the Crush2D Engine (collectively referred to as the "Game"), any related web sites and your unique player account, if any.
When choosing to participate and opening a player account you may be granting access to certain information such as your name, email address, and other information you have shared with everyone in various activities in the Game and using our services and applications. You may also provide certain personally identifiable information, some of which is required for you to be able to play the Game or that may be used to enhance your player experience. When you open your player account in Planetoid Pioneers you may receive a "Welcome" message, messages to about content you have created and for important "Service Announcement" messages concerning any temporary site or system outages, plus any maintenance issues that may affect the level of service.
In addition, Data Realms may also offer you the opportunity to "opt in" to receive additional email communications including Data Realms News Releases related to all the latest breaking news, the launch of new Data Realms games and announcements of all new Planetoid Pioneers options and features.
If at any time a you indicate that you no longer want to receive communications from Data Realms, or if you wish to cancel your account, change or correct any of Your Information, you are free to do so and Your Information will be deleted, changed or corrected as requested.
Only qualified Planetoid Pioneers staff have access to account holder information. Planetoid Pioneers may uses cookies to track how and when customers okay the Game. Cookies are pieces of information that a web site transfers to an individuals hard drive for record-keeping purposes. Cookies make web surfing easier by saving your passwords and other preferences for you. The use of cookies is an industry standard, and you'll find most major web sites use them. The Game and websites related to the Game are not intended for persons under the age of 13. They were not developed for or directed at children in any way. We do not knowingly solicit or collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13, nor do we knowingly market or offer our Game or websites to children under the age of 13. If you are under 13 years of age do not provide any personal information to us. If you are a parent or guardian and learn that your child have provided us with any such information, please let us know and we will immediately remove that information from our database.
Data Realms will occasionally update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will also revise the "last updated" date at the bottom of the Privacy Policy.
